Account Security

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours after approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawals requested outside of BST banking hours (09:00–17:00) may be queued for processing on the next business day.
• l444 vip reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to five business days if the account has not completed KYC verification or if the transaction is flagged for compliance review.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only. l444 vip reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from any player at its sole discretion.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 20x (twenty times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from the account balance at the end of this period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette) may contribute 10%–20%. Crash games including Aviator contribute 50% unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit on l444 vip are eligible for the welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is a deposit match offer. All bets and wagers placed on the l444 vip platform are subject to the following general betting rules, as well as the specific rules applicable to each individual game or market. In the event of a conflict, the specific game or market rules take precedence over these general rules.

Sports Betting

• Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day apply across all sports markets. Current limits are displayed in the sportsbook interface and may be updated periodically.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same player.
• A player-initiated self-exclusion request submitted via the Responsible Gaming section.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your l444 vip account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] with your registered email address and a clear statement of your closure request. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Dormant Accounts

Effect of Closure

Real-money balances will be returned to the registered payment method subject to standard KYC and anti-money laundering checks. l444 vip reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any active investigation into prohibited conduct.
